Directorate Change
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of David Courtley (aged 54), as a non executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. It was announced by the Company on 31st May 2011 that following the completion of the Firm Placing, Placing and Open Offer, David had become a 9.5% shareholder of the Company. He will continue to advise the Company through the consultancy arrangement that he has had with the Company since November 2010.
David has been in the IT industry for over 25 years and has held senior management roles, including CEO of Fujitsu Services from 2001 to 2008 and Managing Director of EDS UK from 1990 to 2000.
David is currently a non executive director of Sagenta Group plc, and was also a director of Fujitsu Services Holdings plc until 12 December 2008. There are no further details to disclose under Listing Rules 9.6.13 (2) to (6).
