The following amendment has been made to the 'Exercise of share option' announcement released on 04/10/10 at 7a.m. under RNS No 7353T
The total number of voting rights in the Company is 433,136,128. The previously announced figure of 432,780,653 should be disregarded.
All other details remain unchanged.

Exercise of share options
Pittards plc ("Pittards" or "the Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, announces that on 1 October 2010 it issued 666,666 new ordinary shares of 1p each pursuant to the exercise of options under the Pittards plc 2009 Matching Share Option Scheme.
Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to take place on 7 October 2010.
In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1R) the Company hereby notifies the market that immediately following admission of the Ordinary Shares its issued share capital will consist of 433,136,128 ordinary shares. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 433,136,128. Shareholders may use these figures as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
