The following amendment has been made to the ' Director / PDMR Shareholding' announcement released 07/05/2021 at 14:20 under RNS No 9659X.
Mr Hankey's holding in the Company following the award is 368,948 shares, not 373,948 shares as previously announced. The revised number of shares represents 2.8% of the Company's issued share capital not held in treasury.
All other details remain unchanged.

Director / PDMR Shareholding
Pittards plc ("Pittards" or the "Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been informed that on 6th May 2021 of the following dealings in ordinary shares of 50p each in the capital of the Company.
Richard Briere Chief Financial Officer, was awarded 5,000 shares at a price of nil pence per share under an ESOP trust scheme.
Following the award, Mr Briere's holding in the Company has increased to 125,000 shares which represents 1.00% of the Company's issued share capital.
Reg Hankey, Chief Executive Officer, was awarded 6,126 shares at a price of Nil pence per share.
Following the ESOP award, Mr Hankey's holding in the Company has increased to 368,948 shares which represents 2.8% of the Company's issued share capital not held in treasury.
