SHARE TRANSFER COMPLETED
Further to the Holdings in Company - Replacement announcement released on 1 August 2011 (RNS Number: 4799L), regarding the transfer of ordinary shares to each of Raymond McKeeve, Rell Investments Limited, Gary Wyatt and James Roddis, Porta Communications plc (the "Company") has today been notified that the share transfer has been completed.
The above transfer of ordinary shares took place on 26 July 2011.
There is no change to Raymond McKeeve, Rell Investments Limited, Gary Wyatt and James Roddis's beneficial interests in the Company as announced on 1 August 2011.
