Media Steps Group PLC25 August 2006 Media Steps Group plc (or the "Company") Result of EGM At the extraordinary general meeting of Media Steps Group plc held on Monday 21August 2006 all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed. However, due to an administrative error by the Company the proposed, andapproved, change of name from Media Steps Group plc to Johan plc cannot beregistered by the Registrar of Companies, as the name has already been taken byanother company. As such the proposed change of name cannot be finalised and therefore, the boardhave resolved to postpone the proposed change of name of the Company until suchtime as the next annual general meeting of the Company, to be held before theend of 2006, at which time a revised resolution will be put to shareholders fortheir approval changing the name of the Company to a name yet to be decided.
