("PetroTal" or the "Company") (TSX: TAL, AIM: PTAL and OTCQX: PTALF) announces that Eleanor Barker, Non-Executive Director, acquired 100,000 Common Shares in the Company on January 20, 2026 at a weighted average price of CAD $0.345 per Common Share.
As a result of this transaction, Ms. Barker's total beneficial interest in the Company is now 470,000 Common Shares.
