("PetroTal" or the "Company") (TSX: TAL, AIM: PTAL and OTCQX: PTALF) announces that Mark McComiskey, Chairman and Non-Executive Director, acquired 50,000 Common Shares in the Company on May 8, 2026 at a weighted average price of US$0.4237 per Common Share.
As a result of this transaction, Mr. McComiskey's total beneficial interest in the Company is now 50,000 Common Shares.
