Board Appointment

The Board of Directors of Phoenix Spree Deutschland Limited (LSE: PSDL.LN), the UK listed investment company specialising in Berlin residential real estate, is pleased to announce the appointment of Isabel Robins as a non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 14 March 2022.

Mrs Robins has been a member of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors since 1993 and received a BSc (Hons) Valuation and Estate Management degree from the University of the West of England (1991). She holds several non-executive roles, including with EcoWorld Ballymore as well as Chairman of a regulated Guernsey Manager investing in real estate and private equity for high-net-worth individuals. 

Mrs Robins has over 23 years' experience running complex offshore real estate structures, encompassing a broad range of property funds, investments, and developments.

She is a Jersey resident independent non-executive director and is regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission and is a member of the Institute of Directors.

There is no information concerning Isabel Robins which is required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rules 9.6.13 R (1) to (6) inclusive and the Board consider her to be independent on appointment per the AIC Code of Corporate Governance.
