Porvair PLC10 December 2007 For immediate release 10 December 2007 Porvair plc ("Porvair" or "The Group") Trading Update Porvair, the specialist filtration and environmental technologies group, todayissues a trading update for the year ended 30 November 2007. The Group has performed well and results are anticipated to be marginally aheadof management's expectations, despite the weak dollar holding back what wouldotherwise have been stronger revenue and profits growth. Metals filtration hashad a record sales year and, following the successful restructuring earlier inthe year, has experienced a strong recovery in profitability. Microfiltration'saerospace business has again delivered a robust performance. Current order books are healthy and several of the Company's key growth projects have progressed to the point where they will contribute to Group profits in 2008. The Company will be announcing its preliminary results for the year ended 30 November 2007 on Tuesday, 29 January 2008.
