Porvair PLC17 April 2007 Porvair plc ("Porvair") Milestone reached in key growth project for improved metals filter product Porvair today announces that customer deliveries have started on one of its keygrowth projects - a new generation of filters for nickel and cobalt based metalalloys used in high grade metal castings. The technology for these filters wasoriginally developed at the Sandia National Laboratory in the USA and has beenin development by Porvair and its partners for 5 years. Porvair has a multi-year customer commitment for the new filter and will scaleup its production during the rest of 2007. Full capacity, worth $5 million perannum in revenue, is expected to be reached by the middle of 2008.
