Directors' Dealing
The Company was notified on 20 September 2011 that on that day Charles Matthews, the Company's Chairman, purchased 6,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 89 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Charles Matthews is interested in 20,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company was further notified on 15 and 16 September 2011 of the following purchases of Ordinary Shares by Andrew Walker and Ben Stocks respectively, pursuant to the Company's dividend reinvestment plan.
