Director's Shareholding
The Company was notified on 18 April 2012 that on that day Charles Matthews, the Company's Chairman, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of the Company of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 124.666 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Charles Matthews is interested in 25,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.06 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
