Director's Shareholding
The Company was notified on 29 June 2010 that on that day Chris Tyler, the Company's Group Finance Director, purchased 15,000 ordinary Porvair shares of 2 pence each ("Porvair Shares") at a price of 65 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Chris Tyler is interested in 39,000 Porvair Shares, representing approximately 0.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
