Porvair PLC02 October 2007 For immediate release 2 October 2007 Porvair plc ("Porvair") Resignation of Dr John Sexton Porvair today announces that Dr John Sexton has resigned from the Board withimmediate effect to pursue other interests. Dr Sexton will continue in his roleas Managing Director of the Porvair Filtration Group until 31 December 2007,when he will leave the Group. David Amey and James Robinson will become jointmanaging directors of the Porvair Filtration Group with effect from 1 January2008.
