Blocklisting Application
Porvair plc, the specialist filtration and environmental technology group, announces that application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the blocklisting of 300,000 ordinary shares of 2p each.
The block admission relates to ordinary shares which will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the Company's save as you earn scheme 2008 and Executive share options issued in 2004 and 2005 that are due to expire and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. The shares will be blocklisted on the 28 July 2011.
