AGM Trading Update

Porvair plc, the specialist filtration, laboratory and environmental technology group, will make the following trading statement at its Annual General Meeting later today at 11:00 a.m.

The Group has performed in line with expectations in the first four months of the year.

The Board is monitoring near-term macro-economic uncertainty, and notes that the Group's manufacturing footprint mainly serves local customers. We see no change in the Group's long-term strategic outlook or global growth drivers.

As previously announced, Hooman Caman Javvi formally takes the position of Chief Executive following an extended handover period with Ben Stocks, who retires today. The Board would like to thank Ben on behalf of all the Group's stakeholders and wish him the best for his retirement.

The Group will announce its interim results for the six months ending 31 May 2025 on Monday 30 June 2025.
