Change to the Accounting Reference Date
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.20, ProCook Group plc confirms that it has changed its Accounting Reference Date to 31 March.
This change, effective immediately, brings the recently incorporated ProCook Group plc entity in line with the established financial periods of the existing Group subsidiaries.
The next set of audited financial statements for ProCook Group plc and its subsidiaries will cover the financial period to 3 April 2022 as the Group operates a 52 week financial calendar.
