Annual Report and Accounts
ProCook Group plc ("ProCook" or the "Group") announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 29 March 2026 will today be posted or otherwise made available to shareholders.
In accordance with DTR 6.3.5(1A), the required regulated information is available in unedited full text within the Annual Report and Accounts which have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
The Annual Report and Accounts are also available on the Investor section of the Company's website at: www.procookgroup.co.uk/investors/reports-and-presentations/.
The Group's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be on Thursday 10 September 2026 at ProCook's Store Support Centre at ProCook, 10 Indurent Park, Gloucester, GL10 3EZ. Further details of the AGM including the Notice of AGM will be provided in due course.
