The following amendment has been made to the PDMR dealing announcement released on 1 July 2024 at 07:00, RNS Number: 4773U. The correction relates to Neil Sinclair's total interest in the Company which should have been 11,308,000 Ordinary Shares, all other details remain unchanged.

Pristine Capital Plc, announces that Neil Sinclair, Executive Chairman, has purchased, via his Pension Scheme, a total of 800,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.55 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Neil Sinclair, including Persons Closely Associated with him, has an interest in a total of 11,308,000 Ordinary Shares representing 7.04 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
The table for notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, which forms part of domestic UK law pursuant to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, is appended below.
