Pristine Capital Plc, (LSE: PRIS.L) the Main Market listed company focused on investing in the commercial property sector, announces that an online interview with Neil Sinclair, Executive Chairman, has been published through Focus IR and the retail investor focused London South East platform.

The purpose of the interview is to educate investors as to Pristine's strategy and outlook and highlight that, as management believe, there is a clear gap in the market for a high-growth, small-cap commercial property investment play.

This is against a backdrop of what the Company currently views as highly favourable market conditions, representing a particularly timely opportunity in the commercial real estate sector.

Amongst a number of matters discussed during the interview, Neil Sinclair, the Executive Chairman explains when the Company anticipates it will complete its maiden acquisition, and how it intends to grow the business after the first acquisition is completed.
