Fundraising Update

Primorus (PRIM.L) provides the following update on its proposed capital raising activities for which additional headroom to allot shares was granted by means of a shareholder resolution at an EGM held on 20 March 2017.

At the time the Directors were of the belief that significant investor appetite existed from particular interested parties to participate in a placement to further the Company's investment activities and in line with the Company's investment mandate.

Further to the announcement of 3 March 2017, the Directors are no longer contemplating a placing in the short term, in part due to the recent fall in the Company's share price, which would have made a placing dilutive to existing shareholders.

The Directors do however reserve the right to consider any funding proposals that arise at any time should any expression of interest on better terms than those previously contemplated. The additional headroom granted by shareholders remains in place.
