Premier Research Group13 June 2007 For Immediate Release 13 June 2007 PREMIER RESEARCH GROUP PLC (Company) AGM Statement Premier Research Group plc (AIM: PRG), the international pharmaceutical servicesgroup, held its AGM earlier today. All the resolutions set out in the notice ofannual general meeting of the Company dated 14 May 2007 (Notice) were dulypassed. A resolution to approve the payment of a dividend was inadvertently omitted fromthe Notice and therefore the payment of a dividend, which the Board hadrecommended, could not be approved. The Board intends to convene anextraordinary general meeting (EGM) in the near future to propose the payment ofa dividend and also to consider adopting a long term incentive plan (LTIP). Thenotice of EGM will be sent to the shareholders of the Company in due course andit is expected that the EGM will be held before the end of August 2007.
