Result of EGM
The Board of Prodesse Investment Limited (the "Company") announces that all the resolutions proposed in the shareholder circular dated 23 November 2009 relating to the winding-down of the Company's activities and put to the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held today, 21 December 2009, were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company.
The Chairman of Prodesse, John Hallam, made the following statement shortly following the results.
"This EGM essentially brought forward the continuation vote of Prodesse that had been scheduled for next summer. Shareholders have voted to approve the resolutions as recommended by the Board of Directors, and it is now the Company's mandate to proceed with an orderly realization of its assets. The Company intends to continue to calculate monthly net asset value and to make quarterly distributions of income until such time as the realization is complete, and to keep shareholders apprised of its progress. We want to thank Prodesse's shareholders for their support and look forward to continuing our communication as we work toward a successful resolution of the Company. "

The total number of shares voted was 27,225,628, representing 87.9% of the issued share capital.
