The Board of Proton Power announces that it was notified on 1 June 2008 that Dr. Goetz Heidelberg had a direct interest of 6,285,932 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company, representing 10.24% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
The issued share capital of the Company is 61,390,863 ordinary shares of 5 pence
per share.
