Proton Motor Power Systems plc (AIM: PPS), the designer and producer of hydrogen fuel cells and hydrogen fuel cell electric hybrid systems with a zero-carbon footprint, announces that it was informed on 25 March 2024 that Antonio Bossi, a non-executive director of the Company, transferred 762,487 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into his SIPP on 25 March 2024 at a sale price of 0.025p per Ordinary Share and a purchase price of 0.02502p per Ordinary Share. Following the transfer, Antonio Bossi's beneficial interest in the share capital of the Company remains unchanged at 1,206,812 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 0.07 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
