Change to Director Roles and Responsibilities
Proton Motor Power Systems plc (AIM: PPS), the designer and producer of hydrogen fuel cells and hydrogen fuel cell electric hybrid systems is pleased to announce that Manfred Limbrunner, formerly Director of Governmental Affairs & Communication, has assumed the role of Director of Investor Relations and Communication, with immediate effect. In this capacity Manfred Limbrunner will continue to have responsibility for Governmental, Stock Market and non-public funding affairs, in addition to assuming responsibility for the Company's Marketing & Communication department.
Manfred Limbrunner has been a member of Proton Motor's Board of Directors since 2018.

About Manfred Limbrunner:
Mr Limbrunner joined Proton Motor in November 2000 as a design engineer and project manager for various mobile, maritime and stationary projects. In his early years he was also in charge of systems design, engineering and homologation of Proton Motor´s Fuel Cell Systems. He formed and led the design as well as the Product Management department and played a significant role in implementing the quality management system. Between May 2012 and October 2015 Mr. Limbrunner was combined CTO and COO and subsequently CTO until November 2016. From December 2016 until February 2018, he was Head of the Mobile Business Unit, then between February 2018 and October 2022 he was Director of Sales and Marketing. Since November 2022 had been occupying the newly created Directorship of Governmental Affairs & Communication.
In February 2018 Mr. Limbrunner was appointed to the Board. He studied mechanical engineering with a focus on design at the University of Applied Science in Kempten.
