Proton Motor Power Systems plc (AIM: PPS), the designer, developer and producer of fuel cells and fuel cell electric hybrid systems with a zero-carbon footprint, has today been informed that, further to the announcement on 8 July 2022, Antonio Bossi, a non-executive director of the Company, has today transferred 136,911 ordinary shares in Proton ("Shares") into his SIPP at a price of 8.7p per Share. Following the transfer, Antonio Bossi's beneficial interest in the share capital of the Company remains unchanged at 309,325 ordinary shares, equivalent to approximately 0.02% of the Company's total issued share capital.
