ProPhotonix Limited was notified that Raymond Oglethorpe, Non-Executive Director, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of the Company at a price of $0.032 per share on 20 December 2013.
Following this transaction, Mr. Oglethorpe has an interest in 585,567 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.70 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
