PCA Share Purchase
Public Policy Holding Company, Inc., the government relations and public affairs group providing clients with a fully integrated and comprehensive range of services, has been notified that on 19 March 2024 Mrs. Fiona Lee, a Person Closely Associated (spouse) with respect to Mr. Simon Lee, Non-Executive Chairman, made the following purchases of Common Shares: (i) 30,000 Common Shares at 109.67 pence each and (ii) 15,000 Common Shares at 109.50 pence each.
Following this transaction Simon Lee holds 204,824 shares, representing 0.18 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company and Fiona Lee holds 45,000 shares, representing 0.04 percent of the issued share capital of the Company.
