Director/PDMR Share Purchase
Public Policy Holding Company, Inc., the leading government relations and public affairs group of companies providing a comprehensive range of advisory services, has been notified that on 13 November 2023 Mr. Roel Smits, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, purchased 10,000 Common Shares at 119 pence each.
Following this transaction, Roel Smits holds 268,896 shares, representing 0.23 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
