Final Dividend Update
PPHE Hotel Group, the international hospitality real estate group which develops, owns and operates hotels and resorts, announced a proposed final dividend payment of 20 pence per share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2023 when it published its Annual Results on 29 February 2024.
The Company confirms that subject to approval at its Annual General Meeting on 22 May 2024, the final dividend will be paid to shareholders on 31 May 2024. This will be paid to all shareholders on the register of members at the close of business on 26 April 2024.
