Board Changes

PPHE Hotel Group, the international hospitality real estate group which develops, owns and operates hotels and resorts, announces today that Dawn Morgan will be stepping down as an independent non-executive director of the Company on 30 September 2020.

Eli Papouchado, Chairman of PPHE Hotel Group said:

"Dawn wishes to rebalance by spending more time in Australia and has therefore decided to step down from the board. On behalf of the board, I wish to express my gratitude to Dawn for her commitment, service and invaluable contribution to PPHE Hotel Group. Dawn has been an integral and valued member of the board and leaves with our best wishes. We would also like to take this opportunity to announce that Stephanie Coxon, an independent non-executive director of the Company, will succeed Dawn as Chairperson of the Audit Committee, effective as of 30 September 2020."
