Issue of Equity
The Company announces the allotment of 7,216 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence ("Ordinary Shares") each fully paid under its block listing facility (Equity Incentive Plan (2007)). These shares have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of options by employees of the Company. These shares were issued for cash on 25 October 2018 and will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing shares in issue.
Following the issue of the new shares the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights will be 94,154,575.
The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
The above figure of 94,154,575 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
