The Company was notified on 13 August 2025 that Ms. Rachel Stynes purchased 1,801 ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") following an automatic dividend reinvestment for her personal holding at an aggregated price of 486.55p per share. Following this transaction Ms. Stynes is interested in a total of 32,033 Ordinary Shares representing 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
