Polar Capital Holdings plc ("Polar Capital" or the "Company")
Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)/Persons Closely Associated (PCAs)
The Company was notified that on 14 May 2021 that Mr John Mansell, Executive Director, exercised in their entirety two share option awards under the Company's 2007 Equity Inventive Plan (the "Plan") as follows:
· 350,000 share options from share options granted in July 2011, which unless exercised would have lapsed on 26 July 2021.
· 350,000 share options from share options granted in July 2013, which unless exercised would have lapsed on 4 July 2023.
Following the above exercises Mr Mansell has no further share option awards over the shares of the Company.
The Employee Benefit Trust (EBT) transferred 426,766 ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in full satisfaction of the option exercise to Mr Mansell and all the shares were then sold at the market price of 750p per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction Mr Mansell continues to hold an interest in the Company's shares as follows:
