Additional Listing
Application has been made to AIM for the admission of 80,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company to trading. These shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of options by an employee of the Company. Admission is expected to become effective on 23 December 2009.
