Management Changes
Petropavlovsk PLC ("Petropavlovsk" or the "Company") announces that Dr Alya Samokhvalova, formerly Strategic Director and Group Head of External Communications, has been promoted to the role of Deputy CEO, Strategic Development with immediate effect. Dr Samokhvalova continues to be a member of the Company's Executive Committee.
Ms Alexandra Carse joins the Company as Head of Investor Relations, with immediate effect. Ms Carse has over ten years' experience as a sell-side corporate broker, within the natural resource sector.
Both Dr Samokhvalova and Ms Carse will be based in the London office.
