Petropavlovsk PLC (the "Company") announces that it has been notified by Mr Robert Jenkins, Independent Non-Executive Director, of the information set out below.

Mr Jenkins purchased 750,000 Petropavlovsk PLC ordinary shares at a price of 7.095 pence per share on 15 June 2015. Following this transaction Mr Jenkins has an interest in 750,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.023% of the Company's issued share capital.

The notification of the above transaction is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Conduct Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
