Annual General Meeting

Further to the announcement issued by Petropavlovsk PLC (the "Company") at 7.00 a.m. today, 12 May 2017, the Company confirms that the four individuals being proposed for appointment as directors at the forthcoming annual general meeting by Renova Asset Holding Limited, Sothic Capital European Opportunities Master Fund Limited and M&G Debt Opportunities Fund II Limited (shareholders of the Company) are as follows:

Proposed appointments by Sothic Capital European Opportunities Master Fund/M&G Debt Opportunities Fund II Limited:

Mr Ian Ashby

Mr Garrett Soden
