Pod Point Group Holdings PLC ("Pod Point" or "the Company")

CFO Appointment

Further to the Company's announcement on 30 June 2022, the board of directors of Pod Point ("the Board") announces that David Wolffe, currently CFO Designate, will be appointed to the Board and take over as Chief Financial Officer on 3 January 2023. David Surtees will retire from the Board and as Chief Financial Officer on the same date, ahead of his retirement from the Company at the end of March 2023 (as previously disclosed at the time of Pod Point's IPO).

Details of David Wolffe's recent appointments were included in the announcement on 30 June 2022. There are no further details to be disclosed under Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules in respect of his appointment.
