Block Listing Application

An application has been made today, to the FCA and the London Stock Exchange respectively, for admission to (i) the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA, and (ii) the London Stock Exchange's main market, for a block listing of securities in respect of a total of 600,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the Company (the "'Block Listed Shares"). Admission of the Block Listed Shares is expected to take place on 8 December 2021.

The Block Listed Shares will be issued by the Company in order to satisfy grants of Free Shares under the Company's Share Incentive Plan, as required.

When issued, the Block Listed Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary

Shares of the Company.
