Claudio Morandi, Chairman of the Company stated - "We are pleased to present our first audited accounts as a public company. To date, we have maintained a significant cash position in order to retain adequate funds to address the potentially substantial costs of an RTO transaction. We fully recognise that part of the attraction to amalgamate with a listed clean cash shell such as Pineapple Power is its ability to meet some of the costs of a fairly expensive business transaction. We are continuing to work hard to advance discussions with suitable candidates and are very pleased with the response we have encountered from the private sector. This is due to the highly topical area we have chosen to focus on - the circular economy, clean and renewable technology and energy investment. We are very grateful for the interest and support we have received from past and present shareholders and are carefully evaluating the best course forward for all. We will make further announcements once a transaction has been agreed."
