Board Changes

The Board of Pineapple Power Corporation PLC (LSE: PNPL) announces with great sadness that Andrew Holland, Non‑Executive Director of the Company, passed away on 16 January 2026. Mr Holland served on the Board since May 2017, contributing nearly nine years of dedicated and valued service. The Board extends its sincere condolences to Mr Holland's family and expresses its gratitude for his significant contribution to the Company throughout his tenure.

The Company announces that Mr Adam Colton Park has been appointed as an Independent Non‑Executive Director with effect from 10 February 2026. Mr Park brings extensive experience as a non‑executive director and chief operating officer across several organisations, with particular expertise in corporate governance, compliance, transaction management and strategic oversight.

Mr Park served as a Non Executive Director of AMTE Power plc having been appointed on 27 October 2016. The company entered administration on 19 January 2024.

Chairman, Claudio Morandi, commented:
