SCRIP REFERENCE PRICE

The Scrip reference price for the fully paid Ordinary shares to be issued to shareholders electing to receive the Scrip Dividend Alternative for the interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2015, payable on 2 April 2015, will be 876.4p.

The Scrip reference price is calculated by taking the average of the middle market quotations for the Company's Ordinary shares for the day on which they are quoted ex-dividend and the four subsequent business days. In respect of the interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2015, this was the period 29 January 2015 to 4 February 2015.
