SCRIP DIVIDEND ALTERNATIVE - ADDITIONAL LISTING - AMENDMENT
Further to the announcement made on 23 March 2015 regarding the additional listing of shares in relation to the Company's Scrip Dividend Alternative, the Admission date will now be 2 April 2015. All other details remain the same. The amended announcement is listed below.
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the admission of 236,033 Ordinary shares of 40.7 pence each in the Company to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these securities to be admitted to trading. The application has been made pursuant to the Scrip Dividend Alternative in lieu of cash for the interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2015. Admission is effective from 2 April 2015.
