Trading Update

Penna Consulting plc (PNA:AIM), the international human resources consulting group, announces that at today's Annual General Meeting the Chairman, Mr Stephen Rowlinson, will make the following statement:

"I am pleased to report that Penna has progressed well in the current year and we have seen a continuation of the firm growth trends established in 2014/15.

"Pre-tax profits in the year to date show a gain over the same period of last year of more than 25%.

"In last year's Interim Report I noted that the first half of 2014/15 had been "....by far the best first half performance from the Company since the beginning of the recession in 2009". 

"It is very pleasing, therefore, that in the first five months of this year the Company has outperformed that strong previous year by a substantial margin."
