Exercise of options | |
Pursuant to the exercise of options on 14 March 2011 under the Company's Savings Related Share Option Scheme and Long Term Incentive Share Option Scheme, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 126,912 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 18 March 2011.
