Portmeirion Group PLC ('the Company')Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, Portmeirion Group PLC (AIM: PMP), the designer, manufacturer and worldwide distributor of high quality homewares under the Portmeirion, Spode, Royal Worcester, Pimpernel, Wax Lyrical and Nambé brands, announces that an application has been made to AIM for 233,685 shares, in respect of a reconciliation of unadmitted treasury shares and options pursuant to the exercise as announced on 12 May 2016. Trading of these Ordinary shares is expected to commence on or around 18 November 2019 ("Admission").

As announced on 9 August 2019, the total number of Ordinary Shares held by the Company in treasury remains 230,382 and the Company still has 11,107,483 Ordinary Shares in issue and 10,877,101 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The figure of 10,877,101 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders of the Company as the denominator for the calculations to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
