Portmeirion Group PLC22 December 2006 Portmeirion Group PLC ('Portmeirion') Total Voting Rights and Share Capital For the purposes of the transitional provisions of the Financial ServicesAuthority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinaryshares of 5p each of Portmeirion ('Ordinary Shares') in issue as at the date ofthis notice is 10,463,030. Of these 677,218 Ordinary Shares are held in treasuryand these do not carry any voting rights. Therefore the total number of voting rights in Portmeirion is 9,785,812.
