AGM Statement
At the Company's Annual General Meeting held today at 12.00 noon the Non-Executive Chairman, Dick Steele, made the following statement:
"I am pleased to report that sales for the four months to the end of April were over 3% above the corresponding period last year and are in line with market expectations. The order book is strong and we remain positive about the outlook for the full year."
All of the resolutions proposed in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting were duly passed.
